MA-2 jacket (CWU-45 flight jacket) is a version of the MA-1 which was originally designed for the US military during the 1950s.
The MA-2 has several design changes compared to an MA-1 with Large cargo pockets
sewn onto the front of the jacket rather than the MA-1's small slash pockets
and a fold down collar rather than the elasticated collar of the MA-1.
The cut is slightly shorter - the jacket sits higher on the waist compared to the MA-1
