motorcycle brands across the world.

motorcycle model with the most appropriate profile.
This has been achieved only after long term study by TCP's research and development department. This department is now equipped with ultra-modern CAD (Computer-Aided Design) facilities and a solid experience in the field of aerodynamics (27 years).
Together they bring excellent results: the best compromise between efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
The entire TCP product range is made of thermoformed BAYBLEND (comprising 60% ABS and 40% polycarbonate) and is machined by a chain of four robots providing very high cutting and drilling accuracy and guaranteeing that each component is identical.
The combination of BAYBLEND material and the thermoforming manufacturing process ensures that each component is of the same quality as the original body parts.
Each TCP item is delivered complete, painted and lacquered with genuine manufacturer colour match, along with a model specific black epoxy assembly kit, stainless steel fasteners (according to model) and full English, Spanish and Dutch assembly instructions. There is no cutting or drilling required on any TCP component.
